[FLEX-19102] In RichTextEditor component whenever click on url textinput at the bottom and select the font size or fonttype combobox,before selecting the item it closes.

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Type text in richtext editor,select the text.
2.click on url area at the bottom
3.select the combobox i.e fonttype or fontsize.

Actual Results:

combobox closes before selected the item.

Expected Results:

combobox should not close before selecting the item.

Workaround (if any):
