[FLEX-18899] Selection of sub-menu-items

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Goto http://examples.adobe.com/flex2/inproduct/sdk/explorer/explorer.html
Visual Components-> Menu Controls-> MenuBar
2. Select "Menu1->MenuItem 1-A". It shows Alert window
3. The open "Menu1" once again and move mouse slowly to MenuItem 1-A.

Actual Results:
"MenuItem 1-A" is not selected. When we move to "MenuItem 1-B" and then back to "MenuItem 1-A" it's selected correctly.

Expected Results:
"MenuItem 1-A" is selected.

Workaround (if any):
Seems that MenuBar remmembers last selectedItem on click and then when we try to select it again it do nothing, because it think that item is already selected. But it's not.
