Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a MenuBar with more than one top-level menus (e.g. you can see the problem on http://examples.adobe.com/flex3/consulting/styleexplorer/Flex3StyleExplorer.html)
2. Hover the mouse over the menu bar, between two top-level items (there is a 1-pixel width area between each menu item that causes the problem)

Actual Results:
The menu bar selection flickers between the two top-level items either side of the mouse pointer

Expected Results:
No flicker - only one item should be highlighted
