Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to: http://river.corp.adobe.com:81/flex_gumbo_newcompiler/standalone/langref/spark/layout/VerticalLayout.html#requestedRowCount
2. Go to: http://river.corp.adobe.com:81/flex_gumbo_newcompiler/standalone/langref/spark/layout/supportClasses/LayoutBase.html#target

Actual Results:
For step 1, text says "If requesteRowCount is -1"
For step 2, text says "The default value is null;."

Expected Results:
For step 1, text should say "If requestedRowCount is -1
For step 2, text should say "The default value is null."
