Description

Remove FxTrackBase.enableSkinParts() - instead of toggling the enable property on skinparts, the enabled property should be overridden and mouseChildren/mouseEnabled should be set to false. For more info, see SDK-20196. Ensure the descendants of FxTrackBase have the correct skin logic such that the component is alpha'ed out correctly.
