1.Run mxmlcunit.
2.Compile Namespaces/DefaultProperty/DefaultProperty_NonVisualPropOutsideDeclarationTag.mxml

Actual Results:
The String "" Multiple initializer values for default property, 'defaultText', of type 'String'."" is not translated.

Expected Results:
It should be translated.
