Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the bugfile test.mxml
2. Tab around through the CheckBox and RadioButton.

Actual Results:
The focus ring is not perfectly positioned around the CheckBox and the RadioButton. (see zoomed in images attached to this bug)

Expected Results: The focus ring should be positioned perfectly around the CheckBox and RadioButton.
