Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Mouse over the items in the LinkBar control.

Actual Results:
Hand cursor

Expected Results:
No hand cursor

Workaround (if any):
Set the mouseChildren property to

{linkButton.enabled}

.
It would appear setting the useHandCursor on the LinkButton control has no effect.
