Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Scroll down to ColorPicker control.
3. Click the CheckBox at the top in the ApplicationControlBar to disable the color picker (and everything else)

Actual Results:
Disabled colorpicker draws a lot darker than other controls.

Expected Results:
the disabled colorpicker should have a consistent alpha

Workaround (if any):
reskin colorpicker control
