Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the bugfile.
2. Press the button at the top "Toggle TitleWindow Enabled". This will toggle the enabled property of all the children in the TitleWindow.

Actual Results:
TextInput, TextArea and ComboBox (editable) : The border of the controls should look disabled. The border doesn't seem to change color.
NumericStepper: The buttons and the border are not looking disabled.
DateField and DateChooser: The borders don't look disabled.
ScrollBars: Nothing looks disabled.
