Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run the attached MXML file.

Actual Results:
The Halo RadioButton let you position the RadioButton icon using the labelPlacement property in case you wanted to position the radio button to the left/right/above/below the label.
The Gumbo FxRadioButton doesnt have a labelPlacement property.

Expected Results:
The FxRadioButton should have a labelPlacement property

Workaround (if any):
Create a custom skin FxRadioButton skin.
