Use case:

File menu -> Recent documents (sub menu)
Each item in the Recent documents list is a file name (no path). Would like to make the fully qualifies path name as a tooltip to distinguish two files with the same name (but different paths - say one is local and the other is on a network drive).

eg,

File

--------------------

Open...	------------
Recent documents >	myFile.txt
Save	myFile.txt	<--	C:\My documents\myFile.txt
Save as...	------------ --------------------

(the 'text picture' above needs a non-proportional font to be meaningful)

Actual Results:
no tool tip

Expected Results:
nice tooltip

Workaround (if any):
nothing good.
