Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the bug file. This requires 'MS Gothic' (Japanese) font.
2. Click 'Zoom IN' button.

Actual Results:
Text gets cutoff.

Expected Results:
Text and controls scale at the same rate and text doesn't get cutoff.

Workaround (if any):
Embed the font (see Test_Scale_pd for an example)
