Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an empty Flex based application for AIR using Flex builder and SDK 3.2
2. Open System Preferences / International, click "Edit list" and add Espanol Latinoamerica
3. Run the application

Actual Results:
TypeError: Error #1034: Type Coercion failed: cannot convert "419" to flash.events.InvokeEvent.

Workaround (if any):
Remove Espanol Latinoamerica from the settings panel.
