Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. I noticed this in Flex Builder when I did code hints for FxPanel and FxButtonBar, they are inserted with a custom namespace of mx.components.*. This usually means that the mxml manifest is missing an entry for them. Sure enough, they're not in the manifest file. I assume other new components in I10 are also missing, I just don't know what they all are.
