Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached app.
2. Resize the window until a vertical scrollbar shows up.
3. I think most users will experience this since 'auto' is the default, and best choice for the scroll policy.

Actual Results:
Text is under the scrollbar

Expected Results:
Text isn't under the scrollbar

Workaround (if any):
If you modify the code to manually switch from, 'off' to 'on' rather than choosing 'auto' it works ok.
