[FLEX-17348] Basic HTML does not Render at all

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a page in which you use a basic <mx:TextArea>
2. Use the htmlText="" Attribute and put some simple html in.
3. Or dynamically put the html from a database/webservice into htmlText ( currently this is what I have done)

Actual Results: Renders all text as text and not as HTML i.e. <table> <br> etc

Expected Results: No visible HTML only the results of a table or of the bold item.
