Mustella tests fail on localized Windows XP (PL)

    Description

      This issue can be reproduced on localized versions of Widnows XP like Windows XP PL (Polish version of Windows XP)
      where there is no "C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data" directory.
      For example in Windows XP PL application data are stored in "C:\Documents and Settings\<uesr>\Dane Aplikacji"

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Checkout latest Flex SDK sources from SVN (this issue affects all SDK versions)
      2. Run standard build: source setup.sh
      3. ant -q main
      4. ant checkintests

      Actual Results:

      $ ant checkintests
