Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an application, where a modal pop-up is created with PopUpManager.createPopUp
2. Remove the pop-up with PopUpManager.removePopUp before it had a chance to get fully created

Expected Results: The runtime error should not appear.

Workaround (if any): do not use pop-ups
