Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create native menu
2. Set for example "F1" as keyEquivalent
Or use code samples from bug SDK-13481.

Actual Results:
Mac: equvalent is not shown in menu
Win: equvalent is shown but does not work
On both the actual equvalent seems to be "F"

Expected Results:
"F1" equvalent is shown in menu and menu item is invoked when equivalent key is pressed.
