Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run attached "Bug_fxCheckBox_states.swf"
2. Click "Go to state 2"
3. Click "Go to state 1"

Actual Results:

The FxCheckBox displays as unchecked.

(Note that mousing over the FxCheckBox causes it to display as checked.)

Expected Results:

The FxCheckBox should remain checked.
