Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile the explorer samples.
2. Run explorer.html
3. Select Halo->Visual Components -> Menu Controls -> PopUpMenuButton
4. Select any other sample causing the PopUpMenuButton to unload.

Actual Results:
ReferenceError: Error #1069: Property rawChildren not found on explorer and there is no default value.
at mx.managers::SystemManager/mouseDownHandler()

Expected Results: No runtime error
