Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Flex Project with SDK 4.
2. Create a chart and set title for its vertical axis
3. Alternately run attached sample

Actual Results: The application hangs

Expected Results: Chart should be displayed.

Workaround (if any): None

Note: This was working fine with SDK-4.0.0.3230. Issue is seen since SDK 4.0.0.3563
