Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an application with a MenuBar that has only one MenuBarItem and several long strings in the Menu and is horiztonally aligned to the right.
2. Compile and run the application.
3. Click the MenuBarItem.

Actual Results:

The Menu is displayed, but part of it is off the edge of the screen. It fully appears every subsequent time you click it.

Expected Results:

The Menu should be shifted to the left so that the whole Menu, or at least the majority of the Menu is displayed on the screen.
