Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached program

Actual Results:
The first Group draws at (0,0) even though is has x,y set to (200,150)
The second Group draws at the correct x,y. The difference is that the first Group has resizeMode="Scale"

Expected Results:
Both Groups draw at their specified x,y positions
