Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the attached NoEventSample.swf application as a standalone application
2. Press the mouse button without release it, anf go out of the Browser window.
3. You receive events (as the label are showing a number that is incremented)
4. Load the NoEventSample.swf in another application from another server using a SWFLoader
5. Do step 2 & 3

Actual Results:
There is no event received out of the browser window

Expected Results:
We should receive some events
