Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run attached Flex project (StyleManager_loadStyleDeclarations_complete_test.zip (15 kb))
2. Observe ye DataGrid.

Actual Results:
the "progress" events correctly display bytesLoaded and bytesTotal, but not the complete event.

Expected Results:
Complete should correctly display the bytesLoaded and bytesTotal properties.
