Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the application mainapplication.swf
2. Press the button to open a pop up. The pop up loads a compatible swf in its SWFLoader.
3. Tab in the pop up.

Actual Results: The first control in the child swf doesn't get a focus ring (the first time you tab to it).

Expected Results: There should always be a focus ring when you tab to items in the child swf.
