Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile main.mxml and test.mxml.
2. Run main.swf. It loads test.swf from a local server.
3. Click the scroll bar thumb, drag and drop the thumb on the "mouse up eater" box.

Actual Results:
The scroll bar thumb stays blue. It will not see the mouse up.

Expected Results:
The scroll bar thumb returns to grey. It saw the mouse up.
