Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run main.swf which loads test.swf as an untrusted application
2. Click and drag the thumb of the scroll bar.
3. Move the mouse outside the application and release.

Actual Results:
The scroll bar thumb still thinks the mouse is down. The thumb color stayed blue and if you move the mouse back in the application you can still move the thumb.

Expected Results:
The scroll bar thumb see the mouse up and changes color back to grey.
