Description

Steps to reproduce:
Standalone -
1. Load mainLoader.swf
2. Press the 'createPopUp Window' button.
3. Press tab a few times

Actual Results: Focus moves through the two TextInputs in the main application before moving to the buttons in the pop up. Child apps in WindowedApplication has the same results.

AIR Window-
1. Launch the simpleTest-app.xml in AIR
2. In the <mx:Window>, press the 'createPopUp Window' button.
3. Press tab a few times.

Actual Results: Tab moves through the two TextInputs in the main application, then, you have to Tab two more times before getting the focus into the popup.

Expected Results (in both AIR and Standalone): The focus should be on the PopUp only. The focus should not have moved through the main application.
