Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install AIR application at http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/flash/quickstart/creating_toast-style_windows.html
2. Enter 'splat-Q' to quit. Application will not quit.
3. Select from the menu, 'WordUp / About Wordup'.
4. Close the window.
5. Enter 'splat-Q' to quit. Application may quit; behavior is inconsistent at this point.

Expected Results:

Keyboard shortcuts should always work.
