    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Get the Open Source Flex SDK flex_sdk_3.1.0.2710_mpl.zip from the Adobe web site.
      2. Open the readme.htm included in the zip archive.
      3. Jump to the section "License"

      Actual Results:

The readme.htm of the Open Source Flex SDK (flex_sdk_3.1.0.2710_mpl.zip) claims in the section "License":
"All files contained in this Adobe Flex SDK directory are subject to and governed by the Adobe Flex SDK License Agreement specified here [...]"

The reame.htm transforms the Open Source Flex SDK effectivly into the Adobe Flex SDK.

      Expected Results:

The readme.htm should state something similar like:
"The contents of the files contained in this Flex SDK directory are subject to the Mozilla Public License [...]"

flex_sdk_3.0.0.477_mpl.zip contained a readme-open.htm which seemed to be more appropriate with the intention of the Open Source Flex SDK. (However, this zip archive had a conflict between two competing readme's, holding it in a somewhat legal limbo state...)

      Workaround (if any):

      None.
