Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a canvas and place a component (ComboBox etc.) near the rightmost edge of the canvas (also the edge of the application swf)
2. Set a long or mid-sized errorString on the component
3. Run application and attempt to view the error popup balloon on the component by mouse-hovering

Actual Results:
Error message balloon is displayed above the component, but is cut off on the right side when it runs out of room

Expected Results:
Error message should be multi-line, OR display on the left side of the component, OR display above the component with the "pointer arrow" on the right side of the balloon, so the balloon can be shown further to the left
