[FLEX-15286] Video playback gets choppy when scrolling the tilelist with thumbnail view rendered with mx:Images with binding to the file path

Description

The attached application has a video playing with tiled list to the right of the video with bunch of images.
When you move the horizontal scroll bar up and down, you can see the audio breaks and video seems choppy.
This was first reported as AIR issue, however, we've modified the test app to work with Flex, and the issue can be reproduced using the Player 9.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import/compile/Run attached application
2. As video plays scroll up and down the tiledlist.

Actual Results:
you will see audio breaking and video choppiness

Expected Results:
No video breaking
