Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load bugfile busyCursor-app.xml
2. In the Window, press the "show busy cursor" Button.

Actual Results: The busy cursor shows up in the WindowedApplication instead of the Window. In the Window, there is no cursor available.

Expected Results: The busy cursor should show up in the Window as well as the WindowedApplication.
