Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the bugfile MP_PopUpManager_Main.mxml
The loaded swf is 800x700 pixels. The pop up is 300x200 pixels.

Actual Results: When centered in an untrusted application, the location of the pop up is (249, 250)

Expected Results: The centered pop up coordinates should be (250, 250)
