Description

During runtime location of the framework RSLs is resolved relative to the application URL.
If used in combination with a HTML wrapper that embeds a SWF located in a subdirectory, the framework libraries are not found:
Error #2032: Stream Error. URL: framework_3.0.0.477.swz

Flex documentation says "The location can be relative to the application's SWF file, or a full URL to a remote server". This makes perfectly sense, due to the fact that the same application can be loaded via different URLs which are not known during compile time.
