Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Type some text in the RichTextEditor component
2.Select this text and set URL to this text
3.Go to the start of the text with cursor, press some ENTERS. Now you can press link not only for the text from the first step but also the area above the text where ENTERS were inputed.

Actual Results:
Incorrect link work

Expected Results:
Link don't go down with the text
