[FLEX-15032] Cursor is permanently hidden after showing busy cursor, removing it and closing window

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Unzip the attached project files, build and run
2. Click on the button to close the topmost window
3. A busy cursor appears then the window closes

Actual Results:

No cursor is visible.

Expected Results:

The default system cursor should be visible.

Workaround (if any):

None that I can find.

This issue is blocking me from being able to use cursor to indicate busy status in my application. A workaround would be greatly appreciated if possible.
