Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to implement ResourceManager
2. This is in new build 3.0.0.477 - recent daily release
3.

Actual Results:
Only constructor method now exists.

Expected Results:
Has all the functions in the manual.

Workaround (if any):
Seems a new class callled ResourceManagerImpl has appeared that does what ResourceManager used to.
So what's ResourceManager now useful for?
