Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile attached code
2. Load in web browser

Actual Results:
One Label not selectable

Expected Results:
Both Label should be selectable

Linux FireFox with player versions 9.0.64 and 9.0.115 have this problem, IE with players 9.0.28 and 9.0.47 are both fine.
