Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached main.mxml file (or run main.swf).
2. Click the Slider track and see that the seek is almost instant.
3. Drag the Slider thumb and watch the TextArea for 6-12 change events.

Actual Results:
The Video stutters and hangs. It looks like the seek in the stream is not fast enough.

Expected Results:
The Video should not hang and stutter, when seeking in the stream.
