Description

Steps to reproduce:
1) Run the attached Flex project
2)Click Button to open to a new window.
3) In new window, hold cursor over ComboBox until tooltip appears.
4) Click ComboBox
5) Click Anywhere else.

Actual Results:
Tooltip does not disappear

Expected Results:
Tooltip should disappear
