[FLEX-13304] Incorrect item renderer size when changing theme in Flexstore app

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and launch Flexstore.
2. Switch to the Products tab and select 2-4 items to compare.
3. Click the "Compare Items" button.
3.5. Roll over each item and see that the item renderer extends from the top of the container to the bottom.
4. Click the "FlexStore" logo in the top-right to switch skins/themes.
4.5. Roll over each item and see that the item renderer no longer extends from top to bottom, and there is now a vertical scrollbar with 18 items

Actual Results:
After changing the theme/skin, the compared items are lost.
This happens in other places as well. For example, if you are in Product Details view and change the theme/skin, all items render behind the TabNavigator control (which leads to items being semi-visible behind the semi-transparent tabs).

Expected Results:
Compared items should be correctly displayed after changing themes/skins
