Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the latest Japanese SDK
2. Compile and run samples explorer
3. Navigate to Visual Components>Containers>Form, Form Item and Form Heading.
4. Notice that in that form date accepted is in the form of YYYY/MM/DD but, the label says mm/dd/yyyy

Actual Results: DateValidator accepts date in YYYY/MM/DD but the label has mm/dd/yyyy

Expected Results: Should change the label
