Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag an image to the Design View
2. Set Maintain Aspect Ratio (maintainAspectRatio) property in Common Standard View of Property Inspector

Actual Results:
property is not present

Expected Results:
Expect this property to be in Common section of Standard View

Go to Category View, Alphabetical View or Code view and change there.
