Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the explorer sample
2. Go to Visual Components -> Containers -> Grid, GridItem, GridRow

Actual Results:
Error loading source file.

Expected Results:
No error.
GridLayoutExample.mxml has been removed from the explorer sample, the reference to this file should be moved as well as the Grid, GridItem, GridRow option
