Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a complex layout with nested containers
2. Add horizontalScrollPolicy and verticalScrollPolicy settings to a nested <mx:Box>
3. Run in browser

Actual Results:
The scrollbars thumb do not appear

Expected Results:
The scrollbars thumb should appear

Workaround (if any):
None found yet

The sample in attachment recreates the hierarchy of components we have in our application. Same layout, same problem.
