Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. create a mx:titlewindow
2. open it as popup window through the popupmanager
3. user cannot resize window

Actual Results:
user has no resize capabilities for the window

Expected Results:
user should be able to resize the window just as every other normal system window

Workaround (if any):
